County Abandoned Vehicle Auctions to be Suspended Indefinitely

The County of Maui Department of Environmental Management will be indefinitely suspending future abandoned vehicle auctions after the last auction on Friday, May 31. In fiscal year 2018, 165 total vehicles were sold at six bi-monthly auctions, requiring expenses higher to the county than the revenue generated.
