Police release body-cam video of a Wailuku officer-involved shooting

Police released the body-cam video Monday of an officer-involved shooting in Wailuku Sunday. The video shows officers firing on 26-year-old Kaulana “Toji” Reinhardt. Cool and breezy weather lingers Thursday. Temperatures slowly warm to near 80 in most spots Thursday. Winds will decrease some but still be breezy at 15-20 mph out of the northeast.
