Maui Fire Department crews battled a structure fire along Papalaua Street in Lahaina early Sunday morning.
MFD officials say crews responded to the 12:58 a.m. alarm to find a blaze that appeared to have begun near storage containers/shed to the rear of a service station that was heavily involved in flames.
Crews prevented the fire from spreading into an adjacent two-story storage building.
The fire was under control by 2:22 a.m. and was deemed out by 5:22 a.m.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
