Woman displaced after Napili structure fire burns attached studio


On January 27 at 3:40 pm, fire crews responded to a structure fire on Mahinahina Street in Napili.

When units arrived at the residence, they found a working fire in an attached studio unit. Personnel confirmed that all occupants were out of the structure and worked on controlling and extinguishing the fire.


Crews quickly brought the fire under control and contained to the unit of origin.

Estimated damages are set at $50,000 to the room and its contents.

1 adult female occupant was displaced and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
