Police Make Arrest in Kahului Vehicle Arson Case

On November 11, 2019, at about 5:00 p.m. Wailuku Patrol Officers were assigned to reports of a vehicle fire in the Kahului area.  Upon arrival, officers found a four-door sedan on fire.  The offender fled before Police arrived.  The fire was extinguished by Maui Fire personnel and the damages estimated at $4,000.00. 

The investigation into this matter found that the offender was identified as 41-year-old Robert Jordan of Kahului.  On November 12, 2019, he was located and subsequently arrested for Arson in the second degree.
