Ku`i Program Provides Hana Students with Cultural Connection

As leaders of the non-profit organization Ma Ka Hana Ka ʻIke (In Working One Learns), Hāna High & Elementary alumni return to their alma mater to inspire the next generation to learn more about their culture and strengthen their sense of Hā – BREATH, an acronym within the Hawaiʻi State Department of Education for Belonging, Responsibility, Excellence, Aloha, Total Well-being, and Hawaiʻi.
