Spices are among the great gifts Nature has bestowed upon us! Beyond adding flavor, these dried seeds, fruits, root or bark are a great source of nutrition. Spices have a variety of physiological effects on the body including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and anti-cancer effects. This workshop will explore the most impactful spices on the body and how to use them in your cooking.
The 2nd half of our workshop will focus on the techniques of Meditation, a gentle and empowering healing modality that teaches simple, easy-to-follow meditations and visualizations for relaxation and destressing.
