Benefits of a Vegan Diet Nutrition Workshop

Have you been considering adopting a Whole Food, Plant-Based (Vegan) diet?
What does that entail? How easy or difficult is it?
Cancer research resoundingly encourages a diet emphasizing plant foods. We know that chronic diseases (obesity, diabetes, heart disease, etc) can be reversed by following a diet of plant foods.
In this workshop, we will explore the health benefits of, and practical ways to follow a diet based solely on grains, legumes/pulses, nuts, vegetables and fruit.
