Black Rock claims the life of another visitor

On 10/15/15, at about 10:11 a.m., First Responders were summoned to Black Rock, Kaʻanapali for an unresponsive male victim. The victim was found unresponsive in the waters off of Black Rock and pulled to shore by bystanders.
