Fatal water accident of the coast of Napili

On 05/17/14 at about 12:30PM, the victim Alan Southard (58) from Puyallup, Washington; was in distress while snorkeling at Honolua Bay in Napili. He was pulled to shore by bystanders who began cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
