UPDATE: Plane Crash on Moloka’i Leaves No Survivors

Updated at 5:07 p.m. to include Maui Fire Department release. At around noon on Sunday Molokai firefighters located the crash site and wreckage of a small private aircraft that went down late Sunday morning 4 miles west of the Molokai Airport. Opioid related deaths are growing in Hawaii

Opioid abuse is a growing epidemic in Hawaii. Data published by the Department of Health show use of drugs commonly associated with painkillers is rising. Opioid related deaths also jumped.
