Maui Police Department is looking for Robert Russell Manley, after he was deemed missing for over a year.
On January 24, at about 3 p.m., officials say the daughter of Manley contacted MPD after receiving information that her father has not been seen in just over one year at his listed address in Kihei.
Manley’s family says they have not heard from him in over a year and a half and have become concerned for his well-being.
According to Manley’s family, he is disabled, known to drink a lot, and sometimes frequent the Kihei Kalama Village “Triangle” going to Dog & Duck and Life’s a Beach bars.
Manley is described as 60 years old, 6’1″ tall, about 225 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.
MPD is seeking the public’s help in locating the man.
