Coldwell Banker Island Properties announces that it has completed the sale of its business to a group led by Steve and Shelly Houle of Kihei, and John Ferguson and Kanako Tamaki of Makena Wailea Real Estate Inc. Coldwell Banker Island Properties will continue to offer the best service and results to its clients through the retention of existing agents and staff, as well as the addition of new support personnel. The Makena Wailea team will be joining the Coldwell Banker team under the Coldwell Banker brand effective immediately.
Coldwell Banker Island Properties is also launching a $100,000 Community Investment Fund, targeted at charities and organizations focused on Maui’s youth. It intends to invest in organizations with strong mandates to improve experiences and opportunities for our keiki and young adults.

The company will also provide additional residual income revenue streams to agents with the goal of being the best brokerage for the best producers on the island.
